The charming small village of Terrace Park has attracted an influx of affluent home buyers in recent years who have been drawn to its quiet, tree-lined streets and small-town setting.

The spirit of Mayberry is evident in this pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, where residents frequently enjoy walking and bike riding. Little Miami River is one of the most picturesque and striking features of Terrace Park, and a private golf and country club in nearby Milford also takes advantage of riverfront views. Built on a terrace overlooking the Little Miami River, Terrace Park is one of the area’s more upscale neighborhoods. With a population under 2,500, it is a very close-knit, family-oriented community.

Residents of this quiet, residential neighborhood enjoy many outdoor activities. An abundance of trees line the streets, some of which were planted by the Terrace Park Urban Forestry initiative in the late 1890s. The Village Green, a site for many community events such as the annual Labor Day Festival, is a popular location for walking and relaxing. Boating and fishing are available on the Little Miami River, and the Little Miami Scenic Trail is a favored destination for bikers, walkers, and joggers. The Terrace Park Swim and Tennis Club provides multiple pools and tennis courts.

An abundance of shopping choices, including the Mariemont shopping district, are just a few minutes away. Larger shopping malls, such as Eastgate Mall, are less than a ten-minute drive. Route 50, which runs through Terrace Park, provides a direct route to downtown Cincinnati with a scenic drive along the Ohio River.

Terrace Park is part of the highly ranked Mariemont School District, with Terrace Park Elementary providing Pre-K through Sixth Grade. Several of Cincinnati’s top-rated private schools, including Seven Hills and Cincinnati Country Day, are nearby.

Homes in Terrace Park span many decades of development, with some of its historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. Housing prices run from $150,000 to over $1,000,000, with the average home price around $400,000.
